Strawberry Kir Royale
2 Cups Halved Strawberries
1 Tbsp Sugar
4 Tsp Crème de Cassis
1 Bottle Domaine Ste. Michelle Brut Sparkling Wine
Preparation:
Mix halved strawberries and sugar in a medium bowl. Let stand 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Divide mixture between four champagne glasses. Pour one teaspoon Crème de Cassis into each glass, and top off with Domaine Ste. Michelle Brut Sparkling Wine.
